Rich kicked off his career as a rock and roll roadie, operating
lights for bands such as Iron Maiden, Midnight Oil, and Def
Leppard. In 97’ at the wee age of 22, Rich founded
presentation powerhouse Missing Link because he figured that
the typical presentation is so shit, he couldn't do much worse.

Since then, Rich has led his team to become SA’s largest
presentation firm and has - for the last quarter century - coached
multinational organisations, thousands of top executives, and
international speakers to become more confident, more
